Dear Atlantis Industrial Property and Business Community,
As a property/business owner or member of the community in the Atlantis Industrial Area, you are no doubt well aware of the problems in the area. Incidents of crime and general urban degradation are evident. To many members of the Atlantis Industrial community, these problems are of great concern and need to be effectively addressed.
Property owners of other industrial communities have already invested in the future of their areas by establishing their own City Improvement Districts. A group of concerned Atlantis Industrial property and business owners (the Steering Committee) has taken the initiative to seek solutions to these problems, and they are appealing for your support in establishing a City Improvement District (CID) in the Atlantis Industrial Area. Your participation and support in establishing this CID, will not only be greatly appreciated, but it will also lead to the upgrading of the public urban environment around your property.
The Steering Committee now needs your input to gauge the need for a CID in the Atlantis Industrial area and establish what the issues in the area are.
The Steering Committee, who have volunteered their time and effort to the initiative, is asking property and business owners to please complete the online Urban Management Survey.
